About the role

Cosm in Los Angeles is seeking a litigator trained at a major law firm to own employment disputes end to end and advise on policies across jurisdictions. You will direct outside counsel when warranted and steer strategy, scope, budget, and quality. The role requires self-management, strong knowledge of California wage-hour law, and comfort engaging with operations and hourly staff on the venue floor as Cosm expands. This position is office-based in LA.
