About the role
ASR Group's Chalmette refinery in Louisiana seeks a senior capital-project leader to guide internal and external engineers and EPC partners. You will define scopes, budgets, cashflow forecasts, risk analyses, and commissioning plans, while enforcing capital processes and LEAN metrics.
Lead a diverse team, coordinate with procurement, safety, quality, and operations to deliver on schedule and cost targets. Requires 15+ years in manufacturing, ABET‑accredited degree, PMP, and willingness to travel
