About the role

Enviva is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily plant operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. You will assign tasks, monitor performance, and address issues on the production floor under the guidance of the Production Manager. The role requires at least 2 years of industrial or manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in outdoor industrial environments. This is an on-site opportunity based in Alabama.
