Responsibilities:
ReviewVeterans' medical records through a secure web portal.
Performthorough eye exams, including Visual Field Testing (VFT).
Complete and submitevaluation forms via the web portal within 24 hours of the exam.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is:
A licensed Optometrist or Ophthalmologist. Proficient inVisual Field Testing (VFT). Credentialed to meet the VA's requirements. Passionate about serving Veterans. Skilled in analyzing medical records and exam findings to create accurate, timely reports. Exceptional in both written and oral communication. Detail-oriented and capable of submitting forms within required timelines.
