Responsibilities: Lead the research, drafting, and maintenance of complex technical accounting memos and U.S. GAAP/SEC policies to deliver clear, audit-ready conclusions to leadership. Partner across financial reporting functions to prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K), ensuring complete alignment between technical positions and footnote disclosures. Monitor emerging FASB and SEC accounting standards, evaluating their impact and translating new compliance requirements into operational practices. Act as a key technical liaison across internal finance, legal, and external audit teams to streamline reporting and filing cycles. Drive continuous improvement and reporting automation to strengthen financial controls, scalability, and efficiency.

Experience: 4+ years of accounting experience backed by a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting and an active CPA license. Deep grounding in U.S. GAAP research and public company financial reporting, with hands-on experience navigating SEC disclosure mechanics and reporting software Strong written and verbal communicator skilled at translating technical accounting concepts for non-technical partners, including Legal, FP&A, and external auditors.
