About the role

JLL in Birmingham is seeking a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join the Residential Value and Risk Advisory team. You will carry out valuations across a range of property types, lead instructions and deliver high-quality reports to clients including lenders and borrowers. The role combines data analysis, report writing and client communication in a flexible, hybrid-working environment. MRICS is essential with 1-2+ years' PQE.
