About the role
Job Opportunity Run your station through the rush: cook to spec, plate with pride, and send out food that earns its reputation one ticket at a time. You'll follow recipes and procedures exactly, keep your station clean and stocked as you go, and communicate with the line like a teammate, because none of us succeeds without all of us.
You're steady when the tickets stack up and you never send out a plate you wouldn't eat yourself. Line experience helps but isn't required. We'll teach you the JNN way.
Competitive pay and flexible schedules
Discounted meals (you'll be eating well)
Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), employer-paid life insurance, and vacation for eligible team members
Life Assistance Program and Bar-B-Q Family Fund, because we take care of our own
Real advancement, from the line to pitmaster to kitchen manager and beyond
Be Honest. Be Respectful. Be Committed. Be Disciplined. Be Supportive.
This role is hands-on and high-energy. You'll be on your feet 8+ hours a day standing and walking for extended periods while lifting up to 50 lbs in a live kitchen and stockroom areas. Bending, reaching, climbing, and equipment operation are all part of the craft. These requirements reflect the essential functions of the role and may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
