About the role

We’re hiring for a (BDR) Business Development Representative at Visual Feeder! Visual Feeder transforms storefront windows into immersive advertising experiences—from larger-than-life projections to interactive campaigns that respond to people walking by. We’ve brought campaigns to life for brands including Comcast Xfinity, Hulu, Starbucks, and ESPN.We’re looking for someone curious, proactive, and excited about the intersection of advertising, creativity, and technology to help us build new relationships with agencies and brands.
About the role: Our customers include media agencies, out-of-home specialists, experiential and creative agencies, and brand marketing teams. Opportunities often begin with a conversation about an upcoming launch, entertainment release, seasonal campaign, or a brand looking for a memorable way to show up in a city. Your job is to identify those opportunities early, connect with the right people, and help them understand where Visual Feeder fits. You’ll introduce buyers to both our storefront media placements and our custom interactive capabilities, working closely with our founders and sales team to turn interest into qualified opportunities.
What you’ll do:
  • Research target brands, their agencies, and the people responsible for media planning, OOH buying, and experiential campaigns.
  • Build focused prospect lists and start conversations through personalized email, LinkedIn, and in person outreach.
  • Track upcoming launches and planning cycles to make outreach timely and relevant.
  • Arrange agency introductions and capabilities presentations with our sales team.
  • Qualify opportunities by understanding campaign objectives, target audiences, markets, flight dates, budgets, and proposal deadlines.
  • Stay in touch with interested buyers and reconnect with past prospects when new work or locations fit their needs.
  • Keep account relationships, opportunities, and next steps organized in HubSpot. Who we’re looking for
  • Experience in outbound sales, business development, media, advertising, or agency account work.
  • An understanding of how brands and agencies plan and buy campaigns.
  • The ability to explain a creative advertising format clearly and connect it to a buyer’s goals.
  • Someone comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships over time.
  • Experience with OOH, experiential marketing, or an existing agency network is a plus.
What success looks like: Meaningful conversations with the right buyers, qualified meetings that lead to real opportunities, and more relevant RFP invitations. We value thoughtful outreach and consistent follow-through. You’ll work directly with the team creating these experiences and help shape how we introduce Visual Feeder to new customers.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
