About the role

Baystate Health in Springfield, MA seeks a Registered Nurse for the 28-bed Adult Psychiatric Treatment Unit (APTU) at BMC. The role is full-time days, 7:00 am–7:30 pm, with a 36-hour week and rotating holidays. You will assess physical and mental health needs, develop individualized care plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, advocate for patients and families, and support stabilization and recovery with advanced psychiatric nursing interventions.
