Role Overview: We are seeking a Peopledoc Specialist for a contract role. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of Peopledoc processes, including document generation, storage, and ticketing resolution. The ideal candidate will configure templates, manage service delivery, and work with vendors as needed to fulfill requests.
Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day management of Peopledoc processes. Handle document generation and storage. Create and configure contract templates and profiles for signature generation. Manage the service delivery of contracts. Manage incoming tickets and perform resolutions. Work with vendors to fill requests when necessary.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience with Peopledoc is required. Candidates must have experience managing the service delivery of contracts, including contract generation, storage, and template configuration.
