🏭 We’re Hiring: Plant Manager – Ensenada, Mexico 🇲🇽📍 Location: Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico — On-Site🚨 IMPORTANT: Candidates MUST be willing to relocate to Ensenada, Mexico. Fortune Fashions Baja / Mad Engine Global is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead our high-volume manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on screen printing, production performance, capacity, quality, cost, and continuous improvement.
✨ What You’ll Do: 🏭 Lead end-to-end plant & screen-printing operations📈 Drive safety, quality, productivity, capacity & on-time delivery👥 Lead Production, Warehouse & Trims teams⚙️ Improve operational efficiency through Lean & continuous improvement📊 Manage KPIs, labor, equipment utilization, inventory & manufacturing costs🤝 Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational challenges✅ We’re Looking For:• 5–8+ years of progressive manufacturing/operations experience• Leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing• High-volume screen printing experience strongly preferred• Strong production & capacity planning and KPI management expertise• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma experience preferred• English/Spanish bilingual skills required🚨 RELOCATION REQUIREMENT: This position is 100% on-site in Ensenada, Mexico.
