Hartford HealthCare’s Heart & Vascular Institute (HVI) is seeking a full-time board certified/board eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist with a focus on preventive cardiology in Hartford, Connecticut. The role involves delivering clinical care to a diverse, medically complex patient population in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Clinicians will work alongside nationally respected colleagues in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment supported by advanced diagnostic and surgical services. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive cardiovascular risk assessments and managing risk factors for cardiovascular disease Develop tailored treatment strategies based on patient specific risk factors Willingness to learn about management of LDL Apheresis Genetic counseling for familial history of early onset heart disease Collaborate with primary care and multiple specialists and ancillary service providers to coordinate care Compensation Hire bonuses Incentive pay plans Loan repayment Administrative stipends Relocation Shift & Schedule Full-time Salaried position
Requirements: NBCL certification and/or obesity management is encouraged but not required Board eligible or board certified in general cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and lipid management BC/BE in general cardiology, echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and lipid management
