Overview: Lead the Sales and Develop the company’s Business in NA for the Tier 1 Communication Service Providers.
Location: US, close to a major airport. NJ, Dallas, Denver – preferred.
Reporting to: President NA.Main Activities Sales Reach & Exceed Annual Sales: Product, Services & Maintenance. Develop Sales activities in the relevant region to achieve aggressive annual growth. Acquire new customers while maximizing the business potential of the Installed Based. Experience in direct and indirect (via channels) sales. Customers Establish strong relationships with customers. Develop partnerships to prepare and enable scalability. Established industry contacts and strong rolodex of Communication Service Providers customers in NA. Reach high customer satisfaction. Leadership Lead the Sales Team to overachievement through professional excellence, clear and repeatable sales processes and forecasting accuracy. Managing a team of Sales Directors. Business Stay up to date on Market, Business and Macro-Economy trends. Stay permanently updated on Competitors. Define appropriate offering for the addressed market. Reviews and Reports: Quarterly business reviews and annual sales plan and strategy Weekly Pipeline Review Weekly Bookings & Revenues Forecast Sales Campaigns Interfaces Business Operations / Finance Pre-Sales Product managers Services R&DProfile Prerequisite Professional Experience Extensive sales experience in the relevant region – NA. Proven sales leadership. Strong experience in selling telecom solutions. Proven successful experience in selling at C level. Extensive experience in sales for SP’s/Telcos in the relevant region. Knowledge & Skill Set Switching, routing, carrier Ethernet, TDM, IoT, cybersecurity. Telecom Industry. B2B. Negotiation. Leadership. Assertiveness.
