Missions In BriefPOSITION OPEN ONLY FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATESThe head of real estate management is responsible for the administrative management of real estate issues and the management of building maintenance within the jurisdiction. They provide support on various real estate issues to both the heads of court and the courts within the jurisdiction. The management of maintenance and investment work within the jurisdiction is carried out by the real estate technician of the SAR, as well as the follow-up of DI operations under the authority of the DDARJ. The RGPI is also responsible for the themes of regional archiving, safety and security within the jurisdiction, and the internal accounting control (CIC) within the SAR. They occasionally cover for the RGB responsible for public procurement. They may coordinate cross-regional regional projects.
