Customer Service Representative We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide high-quality support for conference-related inquiries and service needs in Arlington, Virginia. This is a Contract position suited for someone who communicates clearly, handles customer interactions professionally, and stays organized in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist attendees and stakeholders by phone while ensuring accurate information, timely follow-up, and a positive service experience.
Responsibilities: Respond to incoming calls and customer questions related to conference services, registration matters, and event support needs. Place outbound calls as needed to confirm details, provide updates, and resolve outstanding attendee concerns. Enter and update order or registration information accurately within designated systems and records. Deliver courteous, solution-focused assistance while addressing issues efficiently and escalating complex matters when appropriate. Support conference operations by sharing accurate event information, deadlines, and service options with customers. Maintain clear documentation of interactions, requests, and follow-up actions to ensure continuity of service. Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve customer requests tied to conference logistics and participation. Manage a steady volume of customer contacts while meeting service expectations for responsiveness and accuracy.
