About the role
Midtown Law Firm seeks a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join the firm’s highly regarded Real Estate Practice Group. Manage all aspects of transactional due diligence for real estate finance matters, with a particular emphasis on title and survey review and analysis Draft, review and assist with a variety of real estate finance documents under attorney supervision Coordinate and facilitate complex closings, including preparation of closing checklists and post-closing deliverables Conduct legal and factual research on specific real estate finance issues Serve as a key point of contact for clients and third parties throughout transactions
Position qualifications:
- At least five years of dedicated commercial real estate / corporate transactional or finance paralegal experience within a major law firm, financial institution or in-house legal department
- Large and sophisticated transaction experience is preferred
- Highly skilled in title and survey review and analysis
- Comprehensive familiarity with New York real property statutes
- Bachelor's degree
