About the role

Job TitleClear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain dining room flow and presentation standards. Assist servers by refilling water, delivering bread or accompaniments, and supporting guest needs as directed. Deliver food from the kitchen to guests accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation. Deliver a refined and personalized experience aligned with Forbes Travel Guide standard Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house areas in accordance with sanitation standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams to support smooth service operations. Follow all company, departmental, and safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Forbes Travel Guide Standards Demonstrate Graciousness, Thoughtfulness, and Sense of Personalized Service in all interactions Anticipate guest needs and offer proactive assistance (special occasions, seating preferences, etc.)Maintain polished verbal communication and professional etiquette at all times Ensure interactions are never transactional, but instead engaging and guest-focused
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the shift. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and use hands and arms for service-related tasks. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Education & Experience: Requirements Must have valid U.S. work authorization at the time of hire. Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
