About the role
To support the provider network growth, the full-time remote Provider Growth Specialist will identify and validate new provider opportunities, conduct initial outreach, and qualify leads for handoff to Provider Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and validate potential healthcare provider targets using various tools and sources
Conduct initial outreach to prospective provider partners via phone and email to gauge interest
Document findings in the CRM and hand off qualified leads to Provider Sales Executives
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar outreach-focused role, preferably in healthcare
Experience with high-volume phone and email outreach
Proficiency in CRM software like HubSpot or Salesforce
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required
Interest in healthcare, provider operations, or revenue cycle is a plus
