About the role
About GASSEDGASSED is a creative agency that makes performance video ads for DTC brands. We write, cast, shoot and edit in-house. Much of our work is for telehealth brands in weight loss, longevity and men’s health. For those brands, the best ads are real people talking on their own accounts: patients sharing their experience, wellness and lifestyle creators, and doctors explaining the treatment. We need someone to get a lot more of those creators posting.
The role:
You’ll recruit creators to post for our telehealth clients and get ad access to their accounts so our media buyers can run their posts as ads. Most will be everyday creators. Some will be doctors and other licensed clinicians, who carry a lot of weight in this category and take more work to sign. This is a volume job. Along the way you’ll build a bench of creators we can bring to every new telehealth client.
What you’ll do:
- Find creators on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube who match our clients’ patients, such as people documenting their own weight loss or health journey, fitness and wellness creators, and lifestyle creators
- Recruit doctors, NPs, PAs, pharmacists and dietitians who make content, and check each one’s license and standing before any deal (state license lookup, NPI)
- Reach out at volume through DMs, email and creator platforms, and follow up until you get a yes or a clear noNegotiate deals: a flat fee, affiliate commission or a mix
- Get ad access on every deal: Meta Partnership Ads codes, TikTok Spark Ads codes, and usage rights in the contract
- Brief creators on each client’s approved claims, send scripts and posts through the client’s compliance review, and make sure every post has proper FTC disclosure
- Run the affiliate side: links, codes, commission tracking and on-time payouts
- Track which creators drive patient sign-ups, and send the top posts to our media team to scale
- Keep a clean tracker of every creator, deal, post date and access status, plus license checks for clinicians
- What you bring 2+ years in influencer, affiliate or creator partnerships, ideally in health or telehealth
- A track record you can put numbers on: creators posting per month and whitelisting deals closed
- Hands-on experience getting Partnership Ads and Spark Ads access
- Working knowledge of FTC and platform rules for health ads
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
Nice to have:
- Experience signing doctors or clinicians as creators
- An existing creator network in weight loss, longevity or men’s health
- Agency experience across several clients
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
