About the role
- Design growth strategy. Invent and pressure-test creative campaign and partnership concepts aimed at outsized growth. Test cheaply, read the results honestly, and scale what earns it.· Own tracking and metrics. Build and maintain the reporting that shows what every channel, campaign and partner returns. Attribution, unit economics and channel-level ROI are yours, and the numbers decide where budget goes.· Scale winners with budget. Make the data-backed case for incremental spend. When something works, you should be able to show exactly why and what the next dollar buys.· Run paid campaigns. Own briefs, budgets and execution across paid channels, including StockTwits, working with our agency partners where they add leverage.· Manage top creator and KOL relationships. Source, negotiate, coordinate and maintain relationships with leading influencers and key opinion leaders, both organic and paid, including the analysts and thesis writers producing serious long-form coverage on platforms like Reddit and Seeking Alpha. Organic collaborations with friends of the fund, such as portfolio company founders, sit with our Social & Content Lead.· Build the partner program. Turn one-off deals into repeatable structures, such as outreach pipelines and deal frameworks, developed jointly with legal and compliance.· Manage disclosure for paid promotion. Ensure every paid relationship carries the right disclosures and approvals. This is non-negotiable at a listed fund, and you are responsible for getting it right, working with our compliance team.· Use AI as leverage, with judgment. Build repeatable workflows for sourcing, outreach, analysis and reporting that raise output without lowering quality. Core Qualifications· Experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or paid growth roles with real budget ownership. Experience in the finance and investing creator ecosystem is a strong plus.· Analytical rigor. You should be comfortable building an attribution and reporting stack from scratch and defending spend decisions with numbers.· Demonstrated creative range: campaigns or partnership concepts you invented that produced measurable, outsized growth.· Strong negotiation and relationship skills; an existing network of relevant creators or KOLs is a meaningful advantage.· Working command of paid media: campaign setup, tracking, attribution and budget management across major platforms.· Understanding of disclosure requirements around paid promotion and endorsements, or the commitment to master them quickly.· AI-native in how you work, using AI tools daily for sourcing, outreach and analysis, consistent with our AI-first approach.
- Data-first. Channel, partner and budget decisions are made on performance data.· Creative on the way in, rigorous on the way out: bold concepts, honestly measured.· A program builder who leaves behind systems and playbooks that outlast any single deal.· Scales what works aggressively and cuts what does not quickly, without sentimentality in either direction.· High EQ with creators and high rigor with budgets. You can build strong partner relationships and still hold the line on terms.· Comfortable operating in a regulated, public-market environment where every paid relationship is disclosed and documented.· Shares our conviction that robotics will be one of the defining investment themes of the coming decades. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
