About the role

Spire Inc. in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Manager, DOT Compliance to lead the companywide DOT compliance program within the Fleet department. This role can be based in St. Louis, Kansas City, MO, or Birmingham, AL, with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office and remote work. You will coordinate DOT and FMCSA regulatory efforts, develop dashboards, lead audits, and work with Human Resources, Safety, Risk, and Operations to ensure timely and accurate compliance across the organization.
