About the role
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Maintain and repair slot machines and related equipment
Perform field service on slot machines at various locations
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with slot machines
Install, upgrade, and configure computer hardware and software for slot machines
Follow schematics and technical manuals to perform repairs and maintenance tasks
Use hand tools and specialized equipment to perform repairs and adjustments
Provide excellent customer service to casino staff and patrons
Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a slot technician or in a similar role preferred
Strong knowledge of computer networking and low voltage systems
Proficiency in using hand tools for equipment repair
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with casino staff and patrons
