Skills & Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of materials science, including FRP composites, plastics, polymers, adhesives, and related materials. Strong design engineering capabilities with the ability to develop practical, innovative solutions. High degree of creativity, initiative, and independent problem-solving. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent analytical, computational, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to identify and develop creative or unconventional solutions to challenging product implementation and development issues. Highly organized with strong project management and time-management skills. Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments while managing strict deadlines. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and execute deliverables efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and technical communication skills.
Experience & Education:
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a related discipline.1–5 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in design, materials, manufacturing, or product development. Design engineering experience preferred. Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies is a plus. Experience working with composite materials, polymers, adhesives, or other advanced materials is highly desirable.
