In addition, the Receptionist supports all OSC based departments to ensure overall support is delivered to all OSC customers.Essential Responsibilities:Support the Transportation operation with instructional guidance, transportation scheduling and dispatchGreet and direct all incoming visitors to the appropriate meeting locations throughout the Orlando Support CampusAnswer the corporate telephone line for the Orlando Support CampusMaintain common student "public" areas and ensure a neat and clean environmentSupport the Training Sales team customers by gathering customer information, verifying required documentation, processing and tracking said informationSupport other OSC departments as approved by crewleaderSupport new hire orientation experience tasks as assignedPerform various administrative tasks including, but not limited to copying, filing, faxing, etc.Provide all OSC customers with a hospitable experienceDevelops and maintains manuals for respective role and reviews on an annual basisAll other duties as assignedMinimum Experience and Qualifications:High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) DiplomaOne (1) year of customer service/sales experienceAble to operate a switchboard with a minimum of twelve (12) telephone linesAble to read, write, and speak English fluently and clearlyExcellent communication skillsMust pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug testMust be legally eligible to work in the country in which the position is locatedAuthorization to work in the US is required, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorshipPreferred Experience and Qualifications:Clerical experience within a corporate or professional officeProficient with Microsoft Office suiteAble to work in a fast-paced team environment and demonstrate flexibilityDemonstrated ability to handle multiple tasksCrewmember Expectations:Regular attendance and punctualityPotential need to work flexible hours and be available to respond on short-notice including holidays and weekendsAble to maintain a professional appearanceWhen working or traveling on JetBlue flights, and if time permits, all capable crewmembers are asked to assist with light cleaning of the aircraftMust be an appropriate organizational fit for the JetBlue culture, that is, exhibit the JetBlue values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion and FunPromote JetBlue's #1 value of safety as a Safety Ambassador, supporting JetBlue's Safety Management System (SMS) components, Safety Policy, and behavioral standardsIdentify safety and security concerns, issues, incidents or hazards that should be reported and report them whenever possible and by any means necessary including JetBlue's confidential reporting systems (Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP) or Safety Action Report (SAR))Equipment: Switchboard Telephone System Mobile phones Service Carts Other office equipmentWork Environment: Traditional office environment Physical Effort: Generally not required, or up to 10 pounds occasionally, 0 pounds frequently.
