About the role
To enhance sales productivity through AI initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Revenue Operations Analyst will define and lead the Revenue Operations AI agenda, focusing on implementing AI-powered solutions that improve seller effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the Revenue Operations AI roadmap aligned with commercial priorities and identify high-value AI use cases
Analyze sales workflows to design initiatives that increase seller selling time and reduce administrative efforts
Lead AI experimentation by executing pilots and establishing methodologies for measuring AI effectiveness and business impactRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related fields
Demonstrated experience in leading operational improvement or technology transformation initiatives
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM and business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, forecasting, and CRM optimization
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
