Your Role & Responsibilities: Engage and Connect with Customers – Provide personalized service, build relationships, and help customers find the best T-Mobile products and plans. Master Sales & Customer Experience – Guide customers through their shopping journey, demonstrate the latest technology, and provide expert recommendations. Be a Problem Solver – Address customer concerns with care, patience, honesty, and empathy to create positive outcomes. Stay Up to Date – Continuously learn about new wireless products, industry trends, and Verge Mobile's operational processes. Achieve & Exceed Goals – Maintain a balance between customer satisfaction and sales performance targets.
What We Are Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED required (additional education or certifications in sales are a plus!)Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail preferred (wireless sales a plus)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand for lengthy periods of time in a dynamic retail environment
  • Team player who collaborates, learns, and supports colleagues and leadership
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.A.; must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check (consideration given to qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws)
