What makes you great You will provide strategic and technicalleadership for Process Safety Management and Risk Management Programinitiatives You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Business Leadership to identify, assess, andmitigate process safety risks Drive a culture of operationalexcellence, continuous learning, and regulatory compliance You will maintain alignment withcorporate process safety goals and assist personnel with complianceinterpretation Champion and promote a strongprocess safety culture with urgency and integrity You will prepare and deliverpresentations, documentation, and reports on process safety activities tosenior management Track and report process safetyindicators, metrics, action plans, and recommendations Identify process safetyimprovement opportunities and recommend new tools and work processenhancements You will ensure development, review, andupdate of process safety procedures, engineering standards, and guidelines Lead integration of processsafety deliverables in project execution and management of change You will oversee hazard identificationand risk assessment procedures including Process Hazard Analysis, Layersof Protection Analysis, Facility Siting, and Human Factors You will lead incident investigationsand root cause analyses, promoting transparency and learning Participate in Pre-Startup Safety and Operational Readiness Reviews You will manage process safetyassessments and training development, delivering training when appropriate Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
