We're looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, CRNAs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and other Advanced Practice Providers, partnering with operational leaders to build exceptional clinical teams.
What You'll Do: Recruit top-tier Advanced Practice Providers across multiple specialties. Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and clinical leadership. Develop creative sourcing strategies and maintain robust talent pipelines. Represent our organization at career fairs, conferences, and networking events. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. Help shape the future of healthcare by bringing outstanding providers to our communities. We're Looking For: Healthcare recruiting experience, preferably with Advanced Practice Providers. Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. A self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
