About the role

UFC Gym is looking for a Front Desk Representative who will be the first line of contact for members and guests. You will provide outstanding customer service, assist with purchases, and direct membership inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and a customer service focus. Responsibilities include greeting members, answering calls, selling retail items, and keeping the front desk neat and organized.
