About the role

Shining Steps ABA LLC is seeking caring, dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for part-time after-school hours. We welcome current RBTs, paraprofessionals, and students pursuing psychology or related fields to help deliver ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and community settings. Roles include BT with compensation up to $22.00 per hour and RBT with up to $24.00 per hour.
