About the role
Company Description:
Celnovte Biotechnology develops and manufactures pathological diagnostic reagents and instruments with a primary focus on cancer diagnostics. Founded in 2010, the company offers a portfolio that includes IHC, ISH, and mIHC reagents designed for accuracy and sensitivity in laboratory workflows. Celnovte also provides automated systems such as Micro Stacker™ and Poly Stacker™ to support rapid, high-sensitivity immunohistochemistry and frozen-section processes. By combining advanced reagents and automation, Celnovte enables pathology laboratories to improve diagnostic efficiency and reliability, supporting better outcomes for patients and healthcare providers.
Role Description:
The US Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for generating new business and expanding existing accounts for Celnovte’s diagnostic reagents and instruments across the United States. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The US Sales Representative will build and maintain strong relationships with pathology labs, hospitals, and research institutions, collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts. The role also includes attending industry events and trade shows, gathering market feedback, and contributing to sales strategies that support company growth.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated skills in B2B sales, account management, and customer relationship development within healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences markets. Experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM tools to track activities and drive sales performance. Ability to deliver clear product presentations and technical discussions to laboratory professionals, clinicians, and purchasing teams. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, technical support, and operations. Understanding of pathology workflows, cancer diagnostics, or related laboratory processes; prior experience selling pathology products or instruments is highly beneficial. Self-directed work style with strong organizational and time-management capabilities in a hybrid office/remote environment. Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Willingness to travel (around 50%) within the United States as needed to visit customers, attend meetings, and participate in conferences or trade shows.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
