About the role

Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to safely transport passengers between CLT Airport and Hotel. The ideal candidate is punctual, courteous, and committed to providing a safe and pleasant riding experience.
Responsibilities: Safely operate a shuttle vehicle along assigned routes and schedules Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and light luggage as needed Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company policies Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections Check tire pressure, engine oil, and all vehicle fluids regularly Report maintenance needs, mechanical issues, or safety concerns promptly Keep the shuttle vacuumed, washed, and cleaned at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shuttle interior and exterior During downtime, assist with light cleaning duties and blowing/clearing parking lots Communicate clearly with passengers and dispatch regarding schedules or delays
Qualifications: Valid driver’s license (appropriate class for vehicle type)Clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening (if required)Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor Ability to sit for extended periods and perform light physical tasks Schedule & Environment Part-time or full-time shifts available May include early mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays
