About the role
RTX Enterprise Services is seeking a Sr. Manager – Real Estate Capital Strategy Lead to own multi-year capital plans and drive portfolio governance.
You will fuse asset data, risk, and financial insight to optimize total cost of ownership across RTX’s real estate portfolio. You will coordinate with Engineering, Strategy, and Finance to deliver standardized investment frameworks, forecast models, and executive-ready dashboards.
