About the role
Primary Function:
The Inside Sales Representative will focus on securing qualified appointments in partnership with Asembia’s National Account Director.
Job Scope and Major Responsibilities:
Perform daily business prospective account outbound calls.
Record and track all prospective and existing account contact information by utilizing sales tools.
Perform consistent follow-up with prospective and existing accounts.
Prospecting for Asembia/BioRidge by building and managing a customer database.
Gather key details about the needs of the prospective accounts and organize information for the National Account Manager.
Work with qualified leads to discuss Asembia’s capabilities and offerings.
Offer value propositions, creating urgency, and developing the sale over the phone or through subject matter experts (National Account Directors).Achieve and exceed quarterly goals and quotas by booking qualified lead appointments and sales via the phone.
Other duties as assigned.
Compliance with the provisions of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and its implementing regulations, as amended (“HIPAA”)
Required Qualifications:
- Highly experienced in inside sales, appointment setting and/or customer service.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Self-starter, self-motivated individual who thrives on a team
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to utilize effective questioning techniques to develop leads
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and quotas.
- Competitive and driven with a strong work ethic and motivation to succeed
