About the role

Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead to provide frontline leadership and technical support within our Wisconsin manufacturing operations. This hands-on role coordinates daily production activities across extrusion, press, slitting, and converting, driving safety, quality, and performance goals. You will coach operators, collaborate with planning, quality, and maintenance, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety and product standards.
