About the role
- Read and follow production documents and safety instructions.
- Complete written logs clearly and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors.
- Use basic math for weight, volume, and distance (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).Apply simple problem-solving under time constraints.
- Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, up to 6 days per week, including weekends and holidays
- Stand/walk 7+ hours per shift.
- Frequently bend, twist, reach overhead, grip tools, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Push carts requiring 25 lbs of force for distances up to 100 feet.
- Occasionally kneel, crawl, squat, or climb.
- Work in wet, humid, high-noise environments near moving machinery.
- Use cleaning chemicals and perform tasks involving segmental or whole-body vibration.
- Wear required PPE: hair net, bump cap, hearing protection, safety glasses, gloves, smock/apron.
