Role Description: This full-time Real Estate Broker Associate or Salesperson role at Sync Brokerage focuses on representing buyers, sellers, investors, and commercial clients in the San Diego, CA market. This is a hybrid position, combining in-person work in San Diego with some work-from-home flexibility for prospecting, marketing, and client follow-up. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, conducting property showings, preparing listing presentations, advising clients on pricing and market conditions, and negotiating offers and contracts. The role also involves coordinating transactions with escrow, lenders, inspectors, and other parties, ensuring compliance with all real estate laws and brokerage policies. The successful candidate will actively build a personal brand, maintain accurate records in the CRM, participate in team meetings and trainings, and collaborate on marketing campaigns and property promotions.
Qualifications: Active Real Estate License and solid knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices Experience in Residential Real Estate brokerage, including listing and buyer representation Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate transactions and investment property analysis Strong client relationship skills, including communication, negotiation, and customer service Ability to prospect and generate business through networking, online marketing, and referrals Comfort with hybrid work, including in-person showings and meetings in San Diego, CA, plus remote administrative and marketing tasks Proficiency with real estate CRM platforms, MLS systems, digital marketing tools, and basic office software High ethical standards, attention to detail, and adherence to state and local real estate laws Previous experience in residential or commercial brokerage in California is strongly preferred Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
