Within our Assurance practice, you will help organizations and their stakeholders build trust in their technology while adhering to relevant regulations. As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward is unclear.In this role, you will leverage your understanding of audit and assurance to provide independent assessments of financial statements and internal controls. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations. By upholding professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the credibility and reliability of information for a variety of stakeholders. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can enhance your strengths and address development areas, all while contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.Responsibilities- Evaluating digital environments to assess processes, controls, and cybersecurity measures- Analyzing compliance with regulations and governance frameworks to enhance data reliability- Utilizing auditing methodologies to conduct thorough assessments of internal controls- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations- Developing and maintaining client relationships to understand and anticipate their needs- Leveraging cloud engineering and AI platforms to optimize digital assurance processes- Conducting data quality assurance testing to validate data integrity and accuracy- Collaborating with teams to navigate complex situations and deliver quality outcomes- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements- Engaging in continuous learning to deepen technical skills and adapt to changing business contextsWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 2 years of experience- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).What Sets You Apart- Preference for a Bachelor's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting- At least one of the following: Current pursuit of or an active CPA or CISA license- Experience with digital assets or blockchain- Utilizing auditing methodologies to enhance digital asset assurance- Demonstrating analytical thinking in complex problem-solving scenarios- Embracing change and adapting to evolving business contexts- Developing insights through data quality assessment and validation- Navigating ambiguity while maintaining professional standardsTravel RequirementsUp to 40%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
