About the role

ERMCO is expanding into a new Phoenix, AZ facility and seeks a Site Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead all plant operations. You will oversee fabrication, core manufacturing, assembly, testing, and production support across three shifts and will coordinate closely with the Dyersburg, TN site for best practices. The role requires significant startup experience, strong Lean/continuous improvement skills, and travel between sites during onboarding and ramp-up.
