About the role
The Pharmacy Hub in New York State is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst for our compounding laboratory. You will maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), oversee documentation, materials, equipment, facilities, and personnel practices to ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements. You will work cross-functionally with Production, Quality Control, Pharmacy, Inventory, and R&D to identify gaps, investigate quality events, and implement CAPAs for continuous improvement.
