About the role
Optomi, in partnership with a leading client is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support a mobility environment of 11,000+ devices, focusing on device management, reporting, audits, and small project coordination.
Qualifications:
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables Strong organization, communication, and follow-through Ability to independently troubleshoot, research, and manage priorities Microsoft Intune and mobile device management experience preferred Tableau/BI experience a plus Healthcare IT experience a plus Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week
Responsibilities:
Support phones, tablets, hotspots, Cradlepoints, paging, and push-to-talk devices Perform usage audits and identify opportunities to optimize or eliminate services Coordinate small projects and mobility initiatives Work across teams to investigate and resolve issues Maintain device data and reporting using Excel, Tableau, and BI tools Assist with Intune enrollment and device management Support go-live activities and new technology initiatives
