Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager / Senior Recruiter with a proven track record of running a successful 360-degree recruitment desk with a background in accounting & finance, construction, or real estate. In this role, you will own the entire lifecycle: driving new business development, managing client relationships, and sourcing top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities: Client Management & Business Development:
- Grow the Desk: Build, scale, and maintain a client portfolio by marketing our talent solutions across the A+F, construction, or real estate sectors.
- Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing job intake sessions, gathering feedback, and ensuring service delivery.
- Lead Generation: Leverage market intelligence, industry networking, and candidate referrals to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment:
- Sourcing Strategy: Independently source, engage, and screen active and passive candidates using Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outbound outreach.
- Candidate Experience: Guide candidates seamlessly through the interview lifecycle, including interview prep, debriefs, and offer negotiations.
- Pipeline Building: Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified talent to proactively meet current and future client demands.
Requirements
Experience:
3+ years of full-desk recruitment and business development experience at a recruiting agency (within the accounting & finance, real estate, or construction niche).Track Record: Preferred proven history of annually billing $300k+.Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in net-new business & candidate relationship building, cold outreach, and account management.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines simultaneously.
