About the role

Hourly Opportunity To Book Quality Firm Appointments Embark is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team with the primary goal of booking quality firm appointments. As a successful candidate, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and booking appointments for internal Sales Representatives. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential Embark clients using a company-provided script. You will need to identify potential clients and tailor your approach to meet their needs and preferences in both languages (English and French). Additionally, you will be required to introduce the company and explain its services to the potential client, qualify them to ensure they are a good fit for the services offered, and schedule appointments based on their availability and the availability of the sales team. The successful candidate should be able to handle rejection and remain motivated and positive in the face of challenging situations. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work independently.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
