Altitude Trampoline Park is a high-energy indoor entertainment facility where families and friends come together to jump, play, and make memories. We're looking for a dynamic, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join our leadership team as a Part-Time Manager.
Job Summary:
As a Part-Time Manager, you'll help lead daily operations, ensure a safe and fun environment, and support our team of energetic staff. This role is perfect for someone with leadership experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily park operations during scheduled shifts Supervise and support team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed at all times Handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally Assist with training and shift organization Monitor inventory and supplies, and assist with minor maintenance as needed Open or close the park as scheduled Qualifications 1+ year of supervisory or management experience (preferably in retail, hospitality, or entertainment)Strong customer service and communication skills Must be 18+ years old Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Us?
