The successful candidate will be tasked with owning the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to win-back, and will be instrumental in fostering high-frequency trading habits that convert first-time sign-ups into long-term traders. This includes designing and implementing real-time engagement strategies across various channels, such as push, email, SMS, and in-app messages, all tied to live data events. The ideal candidate will also be adept at deploying educational nurture sequences, owning and optimizing the MarTech stack, and collaborating cross-functionally with product, data, events, PR, and affiliates to ensure campaign and messaging alignment. A strong emphasis is placed on running A/B and multivariate tests to drive data-informed decisions and improve key metrics such as active days per month, trades per user, and net retention. Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
