Job TitleConstruction Site ManagerJob DescriptionManage interior finishes, quality control, and punch list completion for luxury residential projects. Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and turnover activities to maintain schedules. Monitor daily construction progress and maintain project documentation. Identify and resolve deficiencies while ensuring work meets plans and specifications. Enforce site safety standards and support successful project closeout.The Successful Applicant5+ years of experience in interior construction, punch list, or superintendent roles. Background in multifamily, condominium, hospitality, or residential projects. Strong understanding of finish sequencing, quality standards, and unit turnover. Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple work fronts. Proficiency with Procore and ability to read construction drawings.What's On OfferSalary: $110,000 - $150,000 + bonus.
