Our client, a financial institution, is looking to hire a contract-to-hire Client Service Representative for their busy call center in Pennsylvania. This position is phone-based with heavy interaction with clients. It requires solid customer service experience, an interest in working in a financial/investment environment, strong attention to detail, organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to manage various responsibilities. This role is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in PA.
Compensation: $17 per hour

Responsibilities:* Taking inbound phone calls from potential and existing clients
* Processing transactions, researching account issues, answering account-related questions
* Documenting all information in the system
* Performing additional duties/projects as neededQualifications:* At least 1 year of experience in a financial/banking environment (financial internship/co-op experience highly preferred) is required
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Detail-oriented, organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Driven, organized, self-starter with strong analytical skills
* Tactful, adaptable, dependable, coachable; able to take direction and follow instructions
