Siemens in the United States offers a one-year, full-time Field Technician Development Program (PPA FTDP) for recent associate degree graduates. The program covers testing and commissioning of power protection and automation systems, with rotations across multiple regions. You'll gain hands-on training, mentorship, and real project exposure, including factory acceptance testing, relay testing, and field service deployments, while traveling nationwide up to 40 weeks per year.
