About the role
- Learn the freight brokerage business from the ground up through hands-on mentorship
- Build and grow relationships with shippers and carriers
- Quote, book, and manage full truckload (FTL) and less-than-truckload (LTL) freight
- Negotiate carrier rates while protecting margin
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and shipment tracking from dispatch to delivery
- Proactively resolve in-transit issues and keep customers informed
- Develop new business and grow your book over time

- Freight/logistics experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish (a plus, especially for the Miami market)
- Familiarity with TMS platforms or load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) we'll train you
- Refrigerated/temperature-controlled or perishable freight exposure
- Base pay + uncapped commissions your effort directly drives your earnings
