This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, family-oriented team that values professional development and internal growth.Our client offers a supportive culture with strong mentorship, 15 days of PTO, a 401(k) plan, and excellent opportunities for career advancement as the company continues to grow.Job DescriptionPrepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.Assist with the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process.Analyze financial statements and investigate account variances.Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial records.Support the preparation of financial reports and management reporting packages.Assist with annual audits and provide requested documentation.Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial and operational initiatives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in AccountingCPA or pursuing3+ years of accounting experience.Public accounting experience is a plus but not required.
